If your item arrives damaged or broken please let us know at your earliest convenience.
We will require a proof of damage.
A full refund will be offered or exchange give for the same items. (Proof of purchase is required).
If you wish to exchange or return your purchase please do this withing 5 working days. (Proof of payment will be required).
If you do not have proof of purchase then we can offer an exchange for the same item as long as it’s within the specified period and we are satisfied the product has been purchased from Ginger, however we reserve the right to refuse a refund if deemed insufficient proof.
